Lewis has over twenty years experience in fine dining hospitality starting his career in Toronto with the Oliver Bonacini Corporation. He has managed some of Canada's most exclusive restaurants including Centro and Sassafraz. He spent the last three years as director of food and beverage for the Hotel Arctic in Iqaluit and is very excited to bring his experience to The Gatineau Golf and Country Club.Email Lewis

He spent the last five years at Mt. Cascades and is very excited to join the team at Gatineau Golf & Country Club. She has global experience with luxury hotel brands like Fairmont and Hyatt, specializing in restaurant management, event operating and planning. Over the past few years, Kim has been managing the event operations department at Bar George, a high-end Oliver & Bonacini restaurant in Montreal. We are excited to welcome Bowie to the Gatineau Golf and Country Club team as our new superintendent. In his 10th year in the Golf industry, Bowie is joining us after having worked in the Ottawa/Gatineau region at Greensmere, Mississippi and Loch March golf courses. He is an avid Golfer, having played through his university career at Waterloo, as well as in various championships including the Canadian and Quebec Junior Championships. He is approachable, genuine, and enthusiastic. His talents and hard work will be on display throughout the course, and Bowie will make a formidable addition to our men’s night!Email Bowie
Scott Lucas has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including high end restaurants and hotels along with catering in the Ottawa- Gatineau area.
Scott has also spent time in the Caribbean working at a four star resort. Trained in classic French Cuisine as a basis for his cooking, Scott has adapted his style to include lighter and healthier options while keeping the natural elements of his dishes.Email Scott
